The variety is classified as late autumn or winter, harvesting begins from the end of September, and the consumption period of the fruits lasts from November to January. The fruits are medium-sized, green-yellow in color with characteristic dots and a red blush on the sunny side. The white or cream flesh of the fruits is firm and juicy, possessing a pleasant sweet taste with a slight acidity.

The tree is vigorous, forms a wide crown, and is characterized by high productivity in mature age. The variety is triploid, therefore it requires the presence of other pollinator varieties, such as Cox’s Orange Pippin, James Grieve or Keuleman. The plant is characterized by good disease resistance and is typical for traditional high-stem orchards.
