The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties «Cortland» and «Lord Lambourne». The tree has medium vigor; the crown acquires a slightly drooping habit with age. The plant possesses good winter hardiness and resistance to scab and powdery mildew.
The fruits are of medium size and have a flattened shape. The primary color of the skin is whitish-green with a reddish blush or orange-red stripes. The flesh is white, juicy, with a mild sweet taste and a pleasant aroma. The variety is an autumn one; the crop ripens in September and stores for about a month.
To obtain a crop, pollinator varieties are required, such as «Aroma», «Discovery», «Filippa» or «Katja». The plant prefers sunny locations with well-drained, nutritious soil.
