The tree has medium vigor or is vigorous, is prone to aging and may suffer from frost damage under unfavorable conditions. The variety is demanding of growing conditions and is characterized by low resistance to fungal diseases, including scab, powdery mildew and anthracnose.
The fruits have a round or flat-round shape, the skin is greenish-yellow with an orange-red blush and carmine spots. The flesh is fine-grained, very juicy, the taste contains notes of cherry and anise. The variety is widely used in breeding as valuable genetic material.
