The Daliest variety, also known as Elista, is a mutation of the Elstar variety. The fruits have a sweet, juicy, and crisp taste. The main difference from the original variety is the more intense and earlier development of red skin coloration.
The tree is characterized by medium vigor. The variety is intended for fresh consumption. Regarding disease resistance, it inherited the traits of Elstar, showing susceptibility to scab and powdery mildew.
