Variety description

The tree has vigorous growth and a semi-upright crown type, reaching a height and width of about 4–5 meters. The variety is suitable for low-growing and espalier cultivation, as well as for organic gardening.

The fruits are medium to large in size, round in shape, and have light red skin with yellow streaks. The flesh is white, firm, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet taste with a slight acidity and aroma.

The variety is self-infertile and requires pollinators such as Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Gala, or Ariane. Harvesting begins in the second half of September; fruits retain their quality when stored until March.
