The variety was obtained by crossing the varieties Stark Goldenspur and Jonagrimes. The tree is characterized by weak vigor. It is a diploid self-infertile variety that belongs to pollination group B and requires the presence of pollinators.
Fruits are of medium or large size, with yellow skin, on which a soft reddish blush is often present and small lenticels are visible. The flesh is cream-colored, crispy and juicy, distinguished by a sweet taste with honey notes and an aroma of anise. The harvest period corresponds to the 4th period, the storage life of the fruits is about two months.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption, as well as for culinary processing, including use as fillings for baked goods and making sauces.
