The tree is moderately vigorous with an upright crown. The variety is prone to biennial bearing. The crop ripens in mid-to-late October and is suitable for storage until the end of March at a temperature of 0 to +4°C.
Fruits are large, straw-yellow in color with a bright red blush, white lenticels, and possible russeting near the stalk. The flesh is creamy, crisp, and fine-grained. The taste is sweet-and-sour with an aroma of floral notes, banana, and hazelnut.
The variety is for universal use, suitable both for fresh consumption and for culinary processing, including the preparation of sauces and baking.
