Deciduous tree with a moderate growth rate, reaching a height of 4–6 meters with a crown width of 4–5 meters. The leaves are green with coarsely serrated margins, turning golden-orange and dark red in autumn.
Flowering occurs in late spring. The flowers are large, double, fragrant, and pale pink in color. The fruits are small, 2.5–4 cm in size, greenish-yellow, produced in small quantities, and inedible.
The variety is resistant to scab, though it can be affected by rust. It is characterized by high frost resistance and moderate drought tolerance. It prefers well-drained fertile soils and does not tolerate waterlogging well.
