A tree with a distinct weeping crown shape, the height of which depends on the rootstock and reaches 4 meters. Young leaves have a bronze shade, becoming bronze-green and then green over time.
Flowering is accompanied by the appearance of large simple pink-crimson or reddish flowers from pink-red buds. The fruits are small, less than 1 cm in diameter, have a rounded shape and a reddish-purple color.
