The tree is moderately vigorous with an upright spreading crown. The variety is precocious but shows a tendency toward biennial bearing. Fruits are large or very large, have a round or flat-round shape with smooth skin of a green or greenish-yellow color, sometimes with a pinkish-red blush.
Fruit flesh is greenish-white, fine-grained, tender and crisp, with a pronounced tartness and aroma. Fruits require storage for several weeks after harvest for flavor development and can be kept until spring. The variety is versatile in use; fruits require careful handling during harvest.
