The rootstock belongs to the "P-series" developed at the Research Institute of Horticulture in Skierniewice. It is classified as a dwarf rootstock, providing growth of grafted trees at a level of about 26% of an Antonovka seedling. When used in plantings, support is required due to the characteristics of the root system.
During multi-year trials, high cumulative yield and large fruit mass on grafted varieties were noted. The rootstock demonstrates resistance to frost and fire blight and is characterized by relative tolerance to environmental stress factors.
