The plant reaches a height of 40–90 cm and forms dense bushes with vigorous stems, often having a reddish tint. The leaves are oval-lanceolate in shape, dark green, wrinkled, and serrated at the edges. During the period from July to September, the variety forms spicate inflorescences with small light-purple or pink flowers.

The variety possesses an intense aroma without pronounced bitterness and spreads actively by means of root suckers. Being a sterile hybrid, it propagates only by vegetative means. Due to its pronounced growth energy, it is recommended to restrict the development of the root system when planting in open field.
