Variety description

10 August 2026

The ADRAMYTINI tree can grow up to 8 meters. The fruits are of medium size and oval in shape, sometimes with a characteristic indentation at the stem end, resembling a heart. The thin skin of the fruit is covered with small light specks, and the color changes from green to purple-black upon ripening.

The variety belongs to the early-ripening category; mass harvest usually occurs in November. The oil content in the fruits varies from 20% to 25%. The product is characterized by a balanced taste and intense aroma. The variety is well-adapted to the Aegean climate and can act as a pollinator for other olive varieties.
