ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by high vigor and a dense crown; the branches have a tendency to bend under the weight of the fruit. The leaves are dark green and elliptical-lanceolate in shape. The fruits, weighing about 5 grams, have an asymmetric shape with a characteristic protrusion at the tip and turn wine-purple or reddish-black upon ripening.
The variety is self-incompatible and needs pollinators such as Leccino or Pendolino. The plant has good rooting ability and resistance to cold and Spilocaea oleaginea, but is susceptible to the olive fruit fly. Fruiting may be irregular; the maturity period is late and prolonged.
