ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, a dense canopy with vertically oriented branches, and narrow elliptical leaves. The fruits are medium to large in size, oval in shape, and have an average weight of about 4 g, changing color from light green to light yellow with a reddish tint upon ripening.
The variety is late-maturing with harvest beginning in October. The trees are highly productive, though they begin fruiting late. Oil yield is about 22%. The variety is well-adapted to calcareous soils, extremely resistant to frost and the 'bora' wind, but is sensitive to the olive fruit fly.
The oil is characterized by high oxidative stability and an intense profile with notes of freshly cut grass, olive leaves, artichoke, almond, and tomato leaf. For successful fruiting, the use of pollinator varieties Leccino and Frantoio is recommended.
