The Maurino MR-M3 Vittoria variety was obtained through clonal selection of biotypes of the Tuscan Maurino variety. The plant has medium-low vigor, forms a dense and compact crown with drooping, flexible branches. The variety enters the bearing stage from the second year after planting and shows good resistance to low temperatures and diseases.

Due to its very low self-fertility, the variety requires pollinators. Short internodes allow the variety to be used in intensive plantings; it is responsive to pruning and suitable for mechanized harvesting. The resulting oil is characterized by a balanced taste with aromas of fresh grass, artichoke, hazelnut, almond, apple, and green tomato.
