ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is distinguished by a semi-drooping habit and a sparse, spreading crown. The variety shows high vigor, however, it is prone to alternate bearing and is characterized by low productivity.
The fruits are used primarily for olive oil production. Due to the characteristics of the variety, it is rarely used as a monovarietal product, more often being included in blends for regional DOP and IGP category oils. Harvesting can begin in mid-October.
The variety is a product of folk selection and is distributed in the provinces of Siena, Florence, Pisa, and Pistoia. Genetic identification of the variety is difficult due to insufficient representation in some DNA analysis databases.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
