The tree is characterized by medium to above-average vigor, with an upright habit of scaffold branches and drooping fruit-bearing shoots. Leaves are medium-large, elliptic-lanceolate in shape, and gray-green on both sides. Fruits are spherical, fairly large, with a mass of about 3 grams.

The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators. Fruit ripening occurs at a medium-late time, concluding by the end of November. Oil yield is 18–20 percent. The variety shows resistance to cold, heat, and olive knot, but is sensitive to olive fruit fly and fungal leaf diseases.
