The tree has an upright crown and high growth vigor. Leaves are medium-sized and elliptical in shape. Fruits are small, weighing 1.5–2 g, and change color from green to black during the ripening process. A characteristic feature of the fruits is the presence of a waxy bloom and numerous small lenticels.
The variety is medium-early, enters fruiting relatively early, and is characterized by high, regular yields. Flowering is early, and the variety is partially self-compatible. Oil yield is 15–17%; the oil has a fruity aroma with notes of almond, herbs, tomatoes, and wild berries, as well as a harmonious taste with a hint of bitterness.
The plant is resistant to low temperatures and certain diseases, such as peacock spot and Cycloconium oleaginum. However, the variety has low resistance to the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa.
