Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a descendant of the Hass variety, obtained through selection from open-pollination seedlings. The tree is characterized by vigorous growth, reaching a height of 4.5–6 meters, and possesses an upright crown shape suitable for high-density planting.

Fruits have a pear shape with a small neck, and thin skin that turns black upon ripening. The variety matures 6–8 weeks earlier than the Hass variety; the fruits exceed it in size and have a smaller seed size.

The plant belongs to the type B flowering group and is considered a pollinator variety. Fruit characteristics include high oil content, a rich nutty flavor, and the ability to remain resistant to browning for a long time after slicing.
