The shrub is distinguished by its compact size, which allows it to be used for solitary and group plantings, creating hedges, as well as container cultivation. The plant requires regular watering and reacts negatively to drought.
The variety's leaves are deeply lobed. In spring, new shoots have a bright green color, which eventually changes to dark red, maintaining a saturated dark red shade in the autumn period.
