The name «Buličí oko» in the Czech tradition is used as a synonym for the old variety «Volské srdce», which translates as «Oxheart». In agronomic registers, this variety is classified as a traditional one and is characterized by a ripening period in the first half of July.
The term «buličí oko» is polysemous and in the Czech language is applied to various plants and culinary products, therefore official morphological characteristics should be sought under the name «Volské srdce» or the international name «Bigarreau Coeur de Pigeon».
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
