The tree is noted for its robustness and longevity and has a broad crown. Fruits are large, weighing 5–6.6 g, heart-shaped with a visible groove. The skin is firm, orange-yellow in color with an intense dark red blush and stripes.
The fruit flesh is white-yellow, very juicy, with a firm cartilaginous consistency; the juice is colorless. The taste is sweet and aromatic. The variety is winter-hardy and has high disease resistance, although the fruits are prone to cracking when there is excess moisture.
The variety is self-sterile; it requires the presence of pollinator trees to produce a crop. The fruits are suitable for transportation and storage in fresh form for up to 10 days.
