The tree is weakly to moderately vigorous and begins to bear fruit in the 4th–5th year after planting. Fruiting occurs primarily on spurs and medium-type branches. The plant possesses resistance to environmental stress factors.
Fruits are large, weighing from 7.5 to 8.9 g, with firm flesh and dark red juice. The soluble solids content reaches 20.0 °Brix, and the pit, which makes up about 3.2% of the fruit weight, separates easily from the flesh. The variety is self-incompatible; for cross-pollination, the varieties Van, Stella, Maria and Iaşirom are recommended.
