The tree is vigorous, forming a broad, dense, rounded crown, reaching a height of 4–6 meters. The variety is considered hardy, but is sensitive to late spring frosts.

The fruits are broad-heart shaped, with a weight of up to 7 g. The main skin color is yellow, with a bright red blush appearing upon ripening. The flesh is yellow, firm, moderately juicy, with a spicy sweet taste.

The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinators, such as Hedelfinger, Regina, or Schneiders späte Knorpelkirsche. The harvest is suitable for fresh consumption and all types of industrial processing.
