The trees are characterized by vigorous growth and energy. The variety belongs to the Bigarreau group and produces large, firm fruits with a late ripening period.

The variety is of universal use and is suitable for fresh consumption and processing. The tree may be susceptible to pests, fruit cracking during adverse weather, and, under a number of climatic conditions, is not sufficiently winter-hardy.
