The tree has moderate vigor and a spreading, slightly weeping crown. Fruits weighing 7–10 g have a diameter of 25–28 mm and are characterized by a bright red or deep red color and shiny skin. The flesh is light red, of medium firmness, with a sweet taste and low acid content; the stone is small.
The variety ripens approximately 7–14 days earlier than the Bigarreau Burlat variety. It shows moderate sensitivity to Monilinia and fruit cracking. The variety is a universal pollen donor and is suitable for both commercial and amateur cultivation.
