The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of about 2.6–2.9 meters, and has a moderately dense crown of broad oval shape. The fruits are large, weighing 6–8 g, round or slightly flattened in shape, with bright red or dark red glossy skin. The flesh is dark red, juicy, with a pronounced aroma and sweet-and-sour taste.
The variety belongs to the mid-late or late maturity group; fruits ripen in the second half of July. It enters bearing in the 3rd–4th year. It is characterized by good winter hardiness, although the original variety may be susceptible to Monilinia. The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators.
