The variety is a medium-sized tree 3–4.5 meters in height with a dense crown. The fruits are elongated in shape, dark blue or purple in color with a characteristic bloom. The yellow-green flesh separates well from the pit and has a sweet taste with spicy notes.

The variety is late-maturing, with the harvest period falling in September–October. The plant is characterized by good winter hardiness and self-fertility. The fruits are used fresh and are also considered the gold standard for preparing baked goods, preserves, jams, compotes, and liqueurs.
