The variety is a fast-growing tree belonging to the damson group. The fruits have a round shape; they are smaller than those of common domestic plums but exceed the fruit size of the Sinikka variety. The flesh is characterized by juiciness and a distinct aroma.

The plant possesses high resistance to diseases and produces abundant yields. The winter hardiness of the variety is estimated within zones I–III (IV). The fruits are intended for fresh consumption and various types of home processing.
