The tree is vigorous, long-lived, with a dense broadly pyramidal crown. Fruiting begins in the 3–5th year after planting. The cultivar shows high winter hardiness and resistance to fungal diseases, as well as to plum pox virus.
Fruits weigh 45–50 g, are oval or broadly ovate in shape, dark purple or reddish-purple in color with a waxy bloom. The flesh is firm, juicy, yellow-green, and the stone separates well. Fruits ripen in late September – early October, are transportable, and do not drop from the branches for a long time.
The cultivar is partially self-fertile; pollinators are required for a stable yield. Usage is universal: fruits are suitable for fresh consumption, various types of canning, and the production of prunes.
