The tree is characterized by medium vigor, forming a spherical or spreading-pyramidal crown. The height of an adult plant varies from 3 to 6 meters depending on growing conditions and rootstock.
Fruits weighing 35–55 g have a dark blue skin with a purple tint, covered with a waxy bloom. The flesh is firm, juicy, and aromatic; the stone separates well. Harvesting occurs in the period from the end of August to mid-September.
The variety is self-fertile and does not require pollinators. The fruits have good transportability and are suitable for long-term storage. It possesses high field resistance to Plum pox virus, but is susceptible to Monilinia and Wilsonomyces carpophilus.
