The variety was obtained by crossing Ortenauer and Stanley 34. Fruits are medium to large in size, oval in shape, with dark blue skin and a thick whitish bloom. The flesh is yellowish-green, characterized by firmness and juiciness.
The variety has a sweet taste with a characteristic acidity. It is classified as a table variety intended for fresh consumption. In scientific literature, the variety is examined in studies concerning resistance to plum pox virus (sharka).
