ActivePrunus domestica L. · European plum
Walter Hartmann c/o Universität Hohenheim
10 August 2026
The tree is vigorous, reaching 5–6 meters in height, and forms an oval-round canopy of medium density. The fruits ripen in the second half of August and have a weight of 35–40 g. The skin changes color from greenish to pinkish-purple and is covered with a waxy bloom. The golden-yellow flesh is characterized by high juiciness, a sweet taste, and a stone that separates easily.
The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinators such as «Ренклод зелёный», «Анна Шпет», «Венгерка итальянская», «Виктория», or «Мирабель Нанси». The crop possesses good winter hardiness and is resistant to rust and Clasterosporium carpophilum, however, it is susceptible to Monilinia and has limited resistance to the Plum pox virus.
