The tree of this variety has high vigor and forms a spherical crown. The variety is self-fertile and an effective pollinator for other plum species. The fruits are medium to large in size, weighing about 45 g, and have a spherical, slightly elongated shape. The skin is reddish-blue, covered with a thick waxy bloom. An important feature of the fruits is a easily detachable pit.
The variety has a high yield, reaching 30 t/ha, and is characterized by resistance to frost and drought. Fruit ripening occurs in the first half of September. The variety is widely used in breeding programs as valuable genetic material.
