The tree is vigorous, forming a wide, spreading crown. The shoots are straight, dark brown, and pubescent. The fruits are large, oval or egg-shaped, covered with a dark blue or blue-black skin with a dense waxy bloom, which easily separates from the flesh.

The flesh is yellow, firm, juicy, and has a sweet taste. The stone separates well from the flesh. The variety ripens at the end of August, is classified as early-ripening or mid-ripening, and is distinguished by regular yields.
