The fruits of the variety are characterized by a dark purple color with a bloom, tender golden-yellow flesh, and a semi-free stone. Ripening occurs toward the end of August and can be extended over time. The tree is described as vigorous and productive.
The variety has issues with hardiness: trees are prone to cold damage, and fruits are susceptible to dropping, shriveling on the branches, and rotting due to their clustered arrangement. In modern breeding, the variety is practically not used, as it is inferior in a complex of traits to new varieties.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
