The tree grows vigorously in the early years; later, the growth rate decreases, reaching a height of 3.5–4 meters when using cherry plum rootstock. The crown forms a spherical-conical shape of medium density. The variety is self-fertile and serves as a good pollinator for other varieties.
The fruits have an ovate shape and are covered with an intense waxy bloom. The flesh is yellow or greenish-yellow, and in ripe fruits, it easily separates from the pit. The variety is characterized by tolerance to plum pox virus and moderate winter hardiness. Fruiting is early and abundant, often annual.
