The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 4 meters, with a sparse crown of rounded or rounded-pyramidal shape. It enters the bearing stage in the 3–5th year after planting.
Fruits are large, weighing 30–50 g, of elongated-ovoid shape. The skin is dark purple with a bluish waxy bloom; the flesh is yellow, sweet with a slight tartness. The stone separates easily from the flesh.
The variety is partially self-fertile, resistant to Polystigmos and Plum pox virus. It possesses high winter hardiness down to -34...-35°C with medium drought tolerance.
