The variety produces yield on spurs and is characterized by a late flowering period and a medium or late harvest time. The tree is self-incompatible and requires pollinator varieties.

The nuts are elliptical in shape and have large kernels weighing about 1.5 g. The shell is very hard, the kernel output is from 18 to 25 percent, and double kernels are rare or absent.
