The variety belongs to traditional local products of the Tuscany region, also known by the names Regina di Londa or Tardiva di Londa. The fruits ripen in mid-September; they have a round, slightly flattened shape. The skin of the fruit is whitish-light-green with bright red spots; the flesh is firm, aromatic, with red veins near the stone.
Trees of the variety develop well in the conditions of the Tuscan Apennines, preferring dry and ventilated areas, while tolerating night humidity and cool summers poorly. The plant possesses natural resistance to fungal diseases. The harvested crop is characterized by a limited shelf life of about one week.
