The variety is a hybrid of sour cherry and sweet cherry. The tree is of moderate vigor, well-suited for small gardens. The variety can be partially self-fertile.

Fruits ripen in June. They have a heart shape with a pronounced notch and a long peduncle. The thin skin changes color from bright red to a dark purple shade as it ripens. The flesh is tender, sweet, with refreshing acidity.

The fruits are suitable for fresh consumption and various types of processing, including the preparation of preserves, compotes, juices, confectionery, drying, and the production of alcoholic beverages.
