The variety belongs to the early or mid-season maturity groups. The fruits are small in size and rounded in shape, while being distinguished by a high content of total soluble solids.

The plant exhibits low susceptibility to phytosanitary problems, in particular to Stemphylium blight. The variety has low productivity, and the fruits spoil quickly when stored at room temperature.

It is a traditional variety that is not a product of breeding in the classical sense. It is used primarily as an object for the conservation of genetic diversity and cultural heritage.
