CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The fruits of this variety are large, juicy, of regular elliptical shape, with practically no narrowing towards the stem. The skin is green with characteristic black or grey spots, and the fruit flesh is white.
The ripening period occurs in September. The quality of the harvest strongly depends on the weather conditions of the season: in favorable years, the fruits have an excellent taste, while in unfavorable ones, they are prone to cracking, acquiring a sour taste and low content of aromatic substances. Under unfavorable conditions, trees may lose their foliage prematurely.
