CH 201
ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The variety ripens in September. The fruits have a round or bergamot shape. The skin is colored greenish-yellow, often with the presence of a blush and characteristic russeting. The flesh is distinguished by juiciness and a tender consistency; the taste is characterized as sour-wine.
The trees are considered unstable: under unfavorable weather conditions, the fruits may be subject to cracking, and the foliage to premature shedding. This variety is an independent cultivar and requires differentiation from other varieties similar in name, such as Beurre Gris d'Hiver Nouveau.
