Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is known under the commercial brand Belle Hélène and has the synonym Péradel. The plant is distinguished by a compact growth type, which allows for cultivation in limited spaces, including balconies and terraces.

Harvesting of the fruits with golden skin and tender melting flesh is carried out in the first half of October. The consumption period for the fruits lasts from November to January, during which they retain their qualities in storage for more than two months.

To ensure fruiting, the variety requires pollinators, for which Williams, Comice, Conference, as well as a number of varieties bred by Delbard are recommended.
