The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing the varieties «Delwilmor» and «Delbias». The fruits ripen in the second ten-day period of August, approximately a week to a week and a half before the «Williams» variety. The tree has an open habit and is highly compatible with quince rootstocks.
The fruits are medium to large in size, colored golden-yellow with a bronze tint and pink speckles. The flesh is sweet and aromatic, possessing good keeping quality for a summer variety of up to 3 months at low positive temperatures.
The variety is characterized by weak biennial bearing and good productivity. «Abbé Fetel», «Harrow Sweet» and «Williams» are recommended as pollinators.
