The tree has medium vigor and forms a slightly spreading crown. The medium-sized fruits have a broad pear-shaped or conical symmetrical shape. The skin is smooth, matte, yellow in color with dark lenticels. The flesh is tender, juicy, of buttery consistency, with a sweet-tart taste.
The variety is of early-winter maturity group; the harvest is collected in mid-October, consumer ripeness occurs from the end of November to December. The fruits can be stored until the end of February. The tree enters fruiting early, requires fruit thinning for regular yields, and is compatible with quince rootstocks.
The variety possesses high resistance to scab and spring frosts. Suitable pollinators include the varieties Conference, Dicolor, Erika, and Bohemica.
