The tree of this variety is characterized by very vigorous growth, forming a loose and wide crown, and can reach impressive sizes. The variety is considered hardy, has low soil and climate requirements, and high resistance to adverse weather conditions, including cold during flowering.
The fruits are large or very large, have a top-shaped or rounded-conical shape, and are often asymmetrical. The skin is thick, matte, green at harvest, and turns yellow during storage. The flesh is white, coarse-grained, firm, and juicy.
This is a typical winter variety for culinary processing. Harvesting is carried out in mid- or late October, and the consumption period lasts from December to May–July. The fruits are practically not used fresh due to their firm flesh and astringent taste; when heat-treated, the flesh takes on a reddish hue.
