The tree is vigorous, forming a pyramidal crown. Leaves are ovate, dark green, glossy, changing color to orange-yellow in autumn. The bark is gray-brown with slight cracks.

Fruits are small or below medium size, pear-shaped or globular-turbinate. The skin is rough, gray-green or yellow-brown, often covered with russet spots. The flesh is yellowish-white, soft, juicy, and aromatic.

The variety matures in August—September. It possesses high winter hardiness, resistance to scab, and good adaptability to urban conditions, though it is sensitive to late spring frosts. It is used for fresh consumption, processing, and for ornamental purposes.
